New Certification – MCSA: Windows 7

Microsoft released their new MCP terminology this year. This included changing the MCSA from Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator to Solution Associate. They are practically giving them away. If you previously held certain certification combinations, the new certification was automatically added to your transcript. Well, I got an email saying congratulations on earning the MCSA: Windows 7. Apparently, this was because of my being an MCITP: Enterprise Desktop Administrator or MCDST…I can’t remember nor do I feel like looking it up right now. Anyways, I wanted to print it but it wasn’t available, but, it was on my Microsoft transcript. So, I called Microsoft and after sending them an email with the screenshot, the MCP site was suspiciously unavailable this evening. When I checked later, there it was!
